Saildoor combines modular engineering with a patented closure system to simplify industrial openings at every stage. Its unique design requires no internal trusses (heavy reinforcing frames within the PVC sheet) or mullions (intermediate pillars), regardless of the door dimensions, allowing for unobstructed spans, easy installation, and seamless operation. Every component is engineered to reduce complexity while enhancing performance, making large-scale closures faster, safer, and more efficient.

Class 5 wind resistance
Saildoor stands out for its exceptional resistance to extreme wind conditions. Certified according to EN 12424 Class 5 and EN 12444 sec. 7.1 which certifies the resistance of the whole structure, it’s the only high-speed fold-up door to achieve this level of performance without internal trusses or mullions.

Our dedicated setup allows us to simulate wind loads up to the maximum certified level, Class 5, providing a tangible demonstration of Saildoor’s resilience. The in-house testing system is officially certified by Italian Certification Body Istituto Giordano, underlining our commitment to verified quality and reliability.
